LOS ANGELES - Denim capital of the world? That's a title that's not going anywhere for Los Angeles.
The city and surrounding areas are still in demand for those requiring the expertise and hands-on, high-touch approach - a balance other markets have yet to unseat - despite activewear's continued growth, rising costs and continued regulatory pressures that have led to the local industry's contraction.
